“Peporté Maître Boucher” provides you a butcher, brasserie and caterer under one roof. Patricia Peporté, who manages the business together with her husband Patrick, is an expert when it comes to feasts. She is quick to emphasize the importance of “Produit du Terroir”, locally produced beef, veal and pork. Short distances, strict controls, additional time for the breeding and meat processing – this is how their top quality products get to your plates.
Besides local produce, Peporté also has festive treats for special occasions like Christmas, from Volaille de Bresse (the Rolls-Royce of French poultry as Patricia calls it) to salmon. In summer, specially prepared meat for the grill will enhance your barbecue season. And thanks to Patricia’s Italian origins, you will find hand-made pasta products on their deli shelves. Patrick Peporté is responsible for the wine selection and he has brought together a small but exceptionally fine selection to compliment the food.
