Beim Wäisse Schwäin

by Good Idea | Comment I’m the dealerUpdate

Take a lip-smacking tour, deep into the heart of authentic Luxembourgish cuisine. Enter the village of Rippig near Junglinster, to find a cozy architectural and culinary nook called „Beim Wäisse Schwäin“, a former village pub tastefully transformed and restored with easy access for wheelchairs.

Get an expolsive burst of the local specialties at the „Beim Wäisse Schwäin“, as head chef Alain Weiss and his team, interpret traditional cuisine with a modern flare, relish the local classics; „Bouchée à la Reine“, „Hausmaacher Träipen“ or the „Judd mat Gaardebounen“. Dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and herbs from their own garden.

Equipped to serve 60 guests À la Carte at the restaurant, their banquet hall is operational for hosting family gatherings or company events, while its tech- facilities are best suited for seminars, expositions, readings or dance recitals. Enjoy the open terrace and the new children’s playground during the summer! Further, guests may purchase various locally produced edibles from the „Téi vum Séi“, „Seef vum Séi“ brand, local honey, schnapps and wines on the spot, at a small retail store.

Good Idea : Expect various cultural events in addition to offering culinary concoctions at the „Beim Wäisse Schwäin“. Check out their event calendar online!
