Lunch is served – Scandinavian style!

by Good Idea | Comment I’m the dealerUpdate

We’ve passed this place many times in a rush, but never stopped…until last week. We visited “Njörd”, a restaurant with Skandinavian specialities on Kirchberg’s busy Boulevard J.-F. Kennedy. Owner, Fabrice, is truly passionate about Nordic countries and their cuisine.

Njörd’s décor is therefore Nordic (light colours, lots of wood), and the menu is composed of dishes that have a modern interpretation of traditional Nordic dishes. Lots of fish, lots of vegetables in many different forms, and of course specialities such as a Danish quiche with blue cheese, nuts and spinach, or celery salad with nuts and currants, and of course many variations of the classic Smörrebrod.

All dishes can be eaten in the restaurant or taken away – whether hot or cold. In this way your lunch break can become an atmospheric escape to the far North of Europe. Are you ready?

Good Idea : The small homemade dishes Njörd produces are perfect for a healthy lunch break.
Njörd continues to drive towards using as many local and organic products as possible.
Order your food on Njörd’s internet website and have it delivered directly to your office over lunch.
