Luxembourgish lifestyle and culinary delights

by Good Idea | Comment I’m the dealerUpdate

If you are looking for high quality typical Luxembourgish cuisine with a modern twist, go to „Gudd Dikrich“. Located in the heart of Diekirch, this is one of the few establishments that cook traditional Luxembourgish cuisine and have made a good name for themselves: Bouchée à la Reine (vol-au-vent), Bouneschlupp (bean soup), Feierstengzalot (beef salad), Kniddelen (flour dumplings) with tomatoes and spinach … Also on the menu are various chicken dishes and some unique desserts. Ingredients are all sourced locally according to the season.

Regular special events bring seasonal ingredients to life, such as Asparagus weeks. Burger fans are well catered for in Guud Dikrich, the meat is from local farms, while Vegetarians are treated to a variety of local dishes that vary regularly. If you prefer eating at home, you can also order to take-away.

Good Idea : Eat delicious Luxembourgish dishes in a cozy atmosphere.
The restaurant has the label "Sou schmaacht Lëtzebuerg", as it purchases exclusively from farmers and producers of the region.
