When Manu talks about the Luxembourgish National dish “Kniddelen“, his eyes sparkle … and you are instantly famished! The young chef in Ettelbrück’s “Le Mignon“ wants to put a fragrance stamp on his new Kniddel-menu: from the traditional serving with bacon, to the more refined varieties, such as truffle or vegetarian.
Ingredients including flour and meat are sourced locally, and once prepared the Kniddelen are served in a cast iron pan… Who knows, maybe Manu may even be crowned Kniddel-King! The combination of Luxembourgish and French cuisine defines this chef, in “Le Mignon” you will find familiar as well as original dishes, all of the highest quality and at remarkably good prices. The 11 euro lunch menu changes daily and includes a starter and main course.
