Just imagine, you’re sitting in an art gallery, surrounded by art and savouring a delicious meal. This is not as farfetched as you may think: today we are introducing you to “kjub” – an art gallery-restaurant. The concept introduced by the Luxembourger Jaco Diederich has proved itself over the past couple of years and attracted many fans.
Here art is not only reserved for elite “experts” but is accessible to every “kjub” visitor – as they eat so to speak. That cooking and presenting is also an art is proven by the cooking team of “kjub”: fine French bistro-cuisine, freshly prepared and – as a special treat – the top quality (partly Luxembourgish) meat selection.
By the way, “kjub” is also renowned for its excellent lobster dishes. How fitting that the current exhibition of space filling artworks from Luxembourgish artist Eric Mangen features an out of dimension lobster on the wall….Once you find yourself satisfied with art and food, you can move to the cozy bar in the room next door, and indulge in a nightcap!
